In trading on Monday, the Oil Services ETF (OIH) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 2.2% on the day.  Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of US Silica Holdings (SLCA), up about 4.8% and shares of Baker Hughes (BHI), up about 3.8% on the day.
